The Power of Soft Skills
Careers class this fortnight has focussed on Soft Skills. In a world of increasing automation and AI, the skills that make us uniquely human are becoming even more valuable. Employers consistently rank soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving as essential. The best way to increase your child’s soft skills are through engaging part-time jobs, volunteering, sports and hobbies that require interaction with the community outside of College. See the ranked list below for examples of soft skills in the workforce.
